Tondaligan Beach Hotel is a family-owned hotel. Constructed in 1998 by Engr. Sergio C. Balolong, who himself was born and raised in Dagupan City, Pangasinan and had worked for over 30 years in prestigious 5-star hotels in Metro Manila as Chief Engineer / Director of Engineering.
